Where are the lectures located?Empower church has 6 locations spread across three major cities; Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. Our college runs out of our Hill Location in Castle Hill, Sydney.
How long does the course run for?
The Certificate IV in Christian Ministry runs for 1 year. If you would like to continue on & complete the Diploma of Christian Ministry this is an additional year. It starts in February and finishes end of November. Mid year intake is in July.
Do I have to attend Empower Church to be a part of Empower College?
No. You can no complete your practical element in your local church. Study with us and serve at your local Church to fulfil the practical element of the Certificate IV in Ministry
What will my week look like?
Sunday – Church
Monday – Lectures (7pm-9.30pm)
Tuesday – Prayer/Mentoring/Lectures (6am-3pm)
Wed-Fri – Practical hours (8hrs minimum, set by your stream leader)
Can I work on the days I’m not at College?
Yes. The majority of students use the days they have off to work part time.
How much does it cost?
Internship year 1 – $3700 via fortnightly direct debit or $3000 paid upfront before the commencement of the course
Internship year 2 – Launching in 2014.
College Part-time – Launching in 2014.
